• IP addresses and request logs as part of standard web infrastructure

• We do not collect health information from visitors
• We do not require accounts to browse provider profiles
• We do not collect payment information; we do not process transactions

• Email addresses: to send updates you request and provider-verification correspondence
• Analytics: to understand site usage patterns and improve the product
• Logs: standard security and operations purposes

• We do not sell user data
• We do not share email addresses with third parties except service providers (e.g., email infrastructure) bound by confidentiality
• We may disclose information if required by law

Compliance information shown on provider profiles is sourced from publicly available federal and state records, including the FDA, OIG, NPI Registry, and state pharmacy boards. Providers may request corrections by contacting corrections@getvial.com.

Vial is not intended for users under 18.
