What Unclaimed, Claimed, and Vial Verified mean
Every provider page on Vial shows one of three statuses. Here is what each one tells you, and what it does not.
Unclaimed profile
The business has not claimed this page. Everything shown was assembled from public federal and state records. Most providers on Vial have not claimed their page. Unclaimed does not mean something is wrong; it means the business has not confirmed its identity with us.
Claimed profile
The business confirmed its identity using a company email address. It can add a statement in its own words and details public records do not cover, such as physicians and pricing. Claiming is free and open to every provider at any score. A claimed profile is not an endorsement, and claiming does not change a Vial Score.
Vial Verified
The provider has claimed its profile and holds a current Vial Score of 85 or higher, based on public federal and state records. Vial Verified ends automatically the moment either condition stops being true.
What no status means
No status on Vial can be bought. Payment never changes a score, a status, or a placement. Not for anyone.
