Why this score?
The Vial Score measures how much of this provider's public record Vial could confirm, and how clearly the provider discloses it. It does not measure quality of care.
| 85-100 | High Confidence |
| 70-84 | Well Documented |
| 50-69 | Limited Confidence |
| 0-49 | Flagged |
Superpower scores 70, in the Well Documented band. The score moves when the public record changes. For Superpower, the item most likely to move it: Pricing.
Payment never changes a score.
3 of 5 checks complete. The remaining checks have not been run yet. Missing checks reduce how complete the profile is. They are not a finding by themselves.

What we found on Superpower
We reviewed FDA enforcement records, OIG exclusions, DEA registration, and HIPAA breach records.
Superpower has no FDA, OIG, or DEA actions in the records we checked. It appears to serve 41 states, though we did not find named physicians in the public record. We did not find public pricing, and the pharmacy relationship should be confirmed directly.
The main gap is pricing: we could not confirm the all-in monthly cost from public information. Before signing up, ask about medication cost, consult fees, shipping, cancellation terms, and which pharmacy fills the prescription.
Why this score: 3 of 5 checks complete. Each links to the public source it was verified against.
A check we haven’t completed yet is not a mark against this provider. It just means we’re still sourcing that record. The score reflects what we’ve confirmed so far, and updates as more checks come in.

Our take
Vial EditorialBased on the records and public materials we reviewed.
Superpower sells a yearly blood-testing membership. They list it at $199 a year for one comprehensive blood test with 100+ biomarkers, plus a follow-up test for new members that they say is normally $99. Blood is drawn at Quest locations, or at home for an extra cost they don't price. They say their providers include licensed physicians, nurse practitioners and pharmacists, and they also offer prescriptions, peptides and supplements.
The membership renews automatically. Their agreement allows a refund of the membership fee until 7 days after your first results or 45 days after you start, once, while their FAQ says they don't offer refunds. They list 41 states and D.C. We found no FDA, OIG or DEA actions. Trustpilot reviewers give them 4.4 from 340 reviews, and we found no Better Business Bureau listing.
What it costs
The membership is $199 a year, which Superpower advertises as $0.55 a day. They say pricing may vary for members in New York and New Jersey, and their agreement sets the length of the first term at checkout. That buys one comprehensive blood test with 100+ biomarkers a year (the home-page category counts add to 86), a free follow-up test for new members that they say is normally $99, a biological age, 17 health scores, a personalized plan and an AI assistant. Add-on tests are not priced on any page we checked: gut microbiome, toxins and heavy metals, the Galleri cancer test, an intestinal permeability panel, PFAS, and food and environmental allergy testing. Their agreement says add-on tests are generally non-refundable. An at-home blood draw costs extra and the amount isn't shown, and one Trustpilot reviewer wrote that it was $150. Prescriptions, peptides and supplements are sold at member pricing and prescription products are not refundable. The membership renews automatically for a term equal to the first at their then-current non-promotional rate. Their agreement allows a refund of the membership fee until the earlier of 7 days after your first results or 45 days after you start, once per member and not on renewals, but their FAQ says Superpower does not offer refunds at this time.

What patients report
Trustpilot shows 4.4 stars across 340 reviews, 85 percent five-star and 10 percent one-star, checked October 29, 2026. Of the 24 negative reviews we read, about 12 concern reaching a person instead of an automated assistant and about 7 concern add-on tests or charges beyond the $199. Others mention cancelled or difficult blood draws, delayed or missing results, and a cap on the AI assistant that changed after the reviewer joined. We found no Better Business Bureau listing for Superpower. Reddit was not sampled.

What Vial measures, and what we don’t
We evaluate public records: federal enforcement history, registrations, certifications, and how transparent a provider is about its clinicians, pharmacies, and pricing. We don’t score bedside manner, clinical outcomes, or customer satisfaction, and we don’t collect user reviews.
