Vio Med Spa is a franchised med spa chain based in Nashville, with about 66 locations in 20 states offering injectables, hormone therapy and GLP-1 weight loss. Each franchise sets its own prices, and there's no national price list. One location advertises semaglutide at $99 a week with labs included; another offers $100 off. Their ClubVIO membership tiers aren't priced publicly.
We couldn't find which pharmacy they use or who their clinicians are, and we haven't checked LegitScript. We found no FDA, OIG or DEA actions. There's no national review record, because each location is reviewed separately. The local Google ratings we found run from 4.6 to 4.9.
What it costs
Vio publishes no national price list. The corporate site shows none, and what exists sits on individual location pages and promotional microsites. One location advertises semaglutide at $99 per week including labs and consultation. Another offers $100 off semaglutide for new guests. ClubVIO, the membership launched in May 2026, comes in Signature, Elite, and Founding tiers, with the Founding tier capped at 150 members per location and described as rate-protected for life.
