Verified federal screens now weigh how recently they were checked, and a verified physician network earns additional credit when its clinicians are confirmed in the federal NPI registry. A named pharmacy partner is now weighed by whether Vial has independently verified that specific relationship, rather than by how the partner was described. Two inputs that reflected a naming convention or an unverifiable claim were removed from scoring. Missing information continues to lower how much Vial has verified, never the score itself.
