Providers with a claimed profile and a Vial Score of 85 or higher are eligible for Vial Verified. See what each status means.
Claiming does not change a Vial Score, and no status on Vial can be bought. The Vial Score is calculated from public federal and state records, and anything submitted by a provider is reviewed before it appears.
