What it costs

BioReset publishes no prices, and the site does not gesture at a range either. We searched every page we read on 21 September 2026 and found no figure attached to any procedure. What the company does state clearly is the payment model: insurance is not accepted, and all procedures are billed at the time of service directly to the patient. For a concierge regenerative practice that position is a category norm rather than a failing, because the treatments on offer, biologics, stem cell procedures, ultrasound guided injections and ketamine therapy, are largely outside standard coverage and are priced per procedure after an examination. It is still the practical fact a reader needs, and it has a consequence worth stating. The whole cost of a course of care at BioReset is determined in a consultation, so there is no way to budget before that consultation happens and no published figure to compare against another regenerative practice. We found no FDA warning letter naming BioReset or BioReset Medical in a direct query of FDA's warning-letter database, no OIG exclusion for the practice or for Dr. Matt Cook, and no entry on the HHS Office for Civil Rights breach portal. A federal provider registry search for an organisational record under the practice name returned nothing, which is ordinary for a small physician owned practice where the clinicians hold individual records. The practice names nine people on its team page, which is more disclosure than most in this batch, and its locations and services are stated plainly. Two checks we could not complete. The Medical Board of California's licence lookup sits behind a form we could not query on the date checked, so the individual licence status of the named physicians was not confirmed and should be checked directly if it matters to a reader. No professional accreditation is claimed on the site and we found none to confirm. The treatments on offer are worth understanding on their own terms: biologics and stem cell procedures occupy a different regulatory position from an approved drug, and the site does not set out which of its procedures rest on approved products and which do not.
