TelyRx is a Florida online pharmacy with a prescriber review step. They sell non-controlled prescription medication only, so no testosterone. There's no membership. Each order is the medication price, a $22 provider review fee and shipping from $12.99, so a $24.99 medication costs $59.98 on a first order with standard shipping. Brand-name weight-loss drugs are sold at cash prices, such as Zepbound from $1,199.99.
They say their own pharmacy in Clearwater fills orders. They don't name the providers who review requests, and they display a LegitScript seal we couldn't confirm. We found no FDA, OIG or DEA actions. Trustpilot reviewers give them 4.7 from 4,118 reviews, and the Better Business Bureau gives them a C plus, with 12 complaints in three years.
What it costs
You can see medication prices on telyrx.com without an account. The company states popular medications start between $24.99 and $43.99. In addition you pay a flat $22 provider review fee per order, which covers one or several medications, and shipping: $12.99 for 3 to 5 business days, $19.99 for two business days ($22.99 to Alaska and Hawaii), or $34.99 for next business day. A code on the homepage offers 20% off a first order, though some products are excluded. Here is a worked example for a $24.99 medication ordered monthly with ground shipping. Medication is 12 times $24.99, or $299.88. Shipping is 12 times $12.99, or $155.88. With the $22 fee paid every time, fees add $264, for $719.76 a year. One product page says auto-refill saves the $22 on future refills. If that applies to your medication, the year is $477.76. We could not confirm it applies to every product. Larger supplies per order would cut the shipping count. Brand-name weight-loss drugs are sold at cash prices. On September 21, 2026 the company's weight-loss listing showed Zepbound KwikPen from $699.99 and Zepbound from $1,199.99. No compounded versions were listed. No insurance is accepted. HSA and FSA cards are. If the provider declines your request, the company states you are not charged for the medicine. Once a provider has received the request, the order cannot be refunded, and delivered medication cannot be returned. Before paying, confirm in writing whether auto-refill is switched on for your order and how to turn it off.

What patients report
Trustpilot showed 4.7 out of 5 from 4,118 reviews when we looked on September 21, 2026. 92% were 5-star and 3% were 1-star. The newest review was dated September 18, 2026. The profile has been claimed since December 2024, TelyRx pays for a Trustpilot subscription, and it has replied to 99% of negative reviews. The BBB picture is different. TelyRX, LLC holds a C+ rating and is not accredited. The BBB lists 12 complaints in three years, 11 of them closed in the last 12 months, with the most recent dated July 15, 2026. It says the grade reflects the complaint count and how long the company took to respond. Six complaints were about delivery and four about the product. Praise is about speed: fast approval, quick delivery and no appointment. Complaints are about refills that shipped and charged unexpectedly, late or lost packages, a different manufacturer than the one expected, and slow replies when something went wrong. Twelve BBB complaints is a small number for a company that states it has filled over 1 million prescriptions. The pattern to watch is refills. Check your account for any auto-refill that is switched on after every order.

The company states that its own U.S.-based pharmacy fills orders, and it gives a pharmacy address at 24761 US Hwy 19 N, Suite 630, Clearwater, Florida. BBB lists Florida Department of Health license numbers for TelyRX, LLC. Those licenses have not been checked against the state lookup. The company states that independent providers licensed in your state review each request. It does not name them, so clinicians are not identified on the company site. Our record lists Florida, which is where the company is based. The company states it serves every state except North Carolina and Arkansas, plus Puerto Rico. We have not confirmed that list.
