Zealthy is a telehealth company selling weight-loss care two ways. One is a membership plus medication: $39 the first month, then $135 a month, with compounded semaglutide from $151 a month on a three-month supply. The other is a bundle with medication included: $217 the first month, then $297. From our research, a year on the first route is about $3,336. Medication sales are final and membership charges aren't refunded.
The FDA issued a warning letter to FitRX, LLC dba Zealthy on September 9, 2025. We found no close-out letter for it in FDA records checked on September 23, 2026. The letter is published at https://www.fda.gov/inspections-compliance-enforcement-and-criminal-investigations/warning-letters/fitrx-llc-dba-zealthy-716501-09092025. They say their providers are physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners, and that a partner pharmacy they don't name ships the medication. Trustpilot reviewers give them 3.2 from 6,050 reviews, 41% of them 1-star. The Better Business Bureau lists 2,492 complaints in three years.
What it costs
Zealthy sells weight-loss care two ways. The first is a membership plus medication bought separately. The membership is $39 for the first month, then $135 a month. Compounded semaglutide starts at $151 a month and compounded tirzepatide at $216 a month, and both of those figures depend on buying a three-month supply at 20% off. A year of membership is $39 plus 11 months at $135, which is $1,524. Twelve months of semaglutide at $151 is $1,812. Total: about $3,336, before any lab fees. The second way is a bundle with medication included: semaglutide is $217 the first month, then $297 a month ($217 plus 11 times $297 is $3,484 a year). Tirzepatide is $349, then $449 a month ($5,288 a year). Brand-name drugs such as Wegovy or Zepbound are billed through your insurance, with Zealthy quoting copays as low as $25 when covered. It does not take Medicare or Medicaid. HSA and FSA cards are accepted. The membership includes provider messaging, monthly video or phone visits and coaching. A home lab kit is listed at $72.50. You can cancel any time in the portal, but there is no prorated refund, membership and consultation fees are non-refundable, and medication sales are final once filled. The policy also says weight-loss members may be required to enroll for multiple months. Bundled plans carry a 30-day guarantee and a full refund if you are not clinically eligible. Before paying, get in writing the total that will be charged to your card today, the date and amount of the next charge, and whether you are being billed for one month or three.

People who are happy mention easy sign-up, fast delivery, helpful providers and real weight loss. People who are unhappy mention a $135 membership charge they did not expect, being billed more than once, trouble getting refunds, orders that never arrived or arrived wrong, and support that stopped answering. The pattern is about money, not medicine: most of the anger comes from not understanding that the membership and the medication are billed separately and renew automatically.
