Dispute findings with documentation

You are disputing the report for msmedicine. Vial reports are sourced from federal and state public records. If a finding is incorrect or out of date, we will evaluate with corroborating evidence and update the record where warranted.

Email corrections@getvial.com with:

• The provider name and report URL
• The specific finding you’re disputing
• Supporting documentation (FDA closeout letter, state license, NPI confirmation, etc.)
• A point of contact at your organization

A full self-serve dispute intake form is on the roadmap. For now, email is the canonical channel and gets a human response within 2 business days.
