Why this score?
The Vial Score measures how much of this provider's public record Vial could confirm, and how clearly the provider discloses it. It does not measure quality of care.

What we found on Bold Beauty Health and Wellness
We reviewed FDA enforcement records, OIG exclusions, DEA registration, HIPAA breach records, and NPI registration.
Bold Beauty Health and Wellness has no FDA, OIG, or DEA actions in the records we checked. It lists named physicians and appears to serve 1 state. We did not find public pricing, and the pharmacy relationship should be confirmed directly.
The main gap is pricing: we could not confirm the all-in monthly cost from public information. Before signing up, ask about medication cost, consult fees, shipping, cancellation terms, and which pharmacy fills the prescription.
Why this score: 4 of 6 checks complete. Each links to the public source it was verified against.
A check we haven’t completed yet is not a mark against this provider. It just means we’re still sourcing that record. The score reflects what we’ve confirmed so far, and updates as more checks come in.
Vial describes the record, not the provider. This is not a medical recommendation or endorsement. Last reviewed October 1, 2026.
Our take
Vial EditorialBased on the records and public materials we reviewed.
Bold Beauty Health and Wellness is an El Paso clinic that pairs primary care with a med spa, selling hormone pellet therapy, compounded weight-loss medication, and aesthetic treatments to patients it sees in person. Its notable feature is that you know who treats you: a board-certified family physician and a board-certified family nurse practitioner are both named with their credentials and years of experience. The drawback is price. Every aesthetic service carries a published price, and the medical services, including hormone therapy and weight loss, carry none.
What it costs
Aesthetic work is priced item by item. Facials run from $50 for the Bold Basic to $120 for the Bold Acne or the Bold Anti-Aging. Body sculpting starts at $55 for a 60 minute laser lipo pad session on one area and reaches $130 for a 90 minute booty and thighs treatment, and those bookings carry a deposit of $30, $40, or $50 depending on the service, with nothing published about whether a deposit is refundable. Hormone pellet therapy, compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, NAD+, and sexual health carry no published price at all. Both the hormone page and the weight-loss page ask you to book a consultation instead, and the weight-loss page says the doctor will consider the cost with you at that visit. No consultation fee, lab fee, cancellation term, refund policy, or HSA and FSA acceptance is published on the pages we checked. Ask for the all-in monthly cost of medication and visits before you book.

What patients report
There is no Trustpilot profile. Google reviews, viewed through the Birdeye aggregator, show 4.9 stars across 64 reviews, with the newest posted in the week before September 15, 2026. Reviewers name individual staff for facials and dermaplaning, and one credits the nurse practitioner for hormone therapy that improved sleep and energy. No negative themes appear on the aggregator page, which makes this a one-sided sample. The Better Business Bureau file shows an A minus grade, no accreditation, zero complaints in three years, and no customer reviews, with the file opened in September 2025. A second Birdeye listing under a different El Paso address carries the same reviews, so the two counts should not be added together. Reddit was not sampled.

What Vial measures, and what we don’t
We evaluate public records: federal enforcement history, registrations, certifications, and how transparent a provider is about its clinicians, pharmacies, and pricing. We don’t score bedside manner, clinical outcomes, or customer satisfaction, and we don’t collect user reviews.
