Calibrate is the odd one out in this batch, and the difference is what it prescribes. Where most of its competitors sell compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide, Calibrate puts patients on the approved manufacturers' products, naming Wegovy, Ozempic, Mounjaro, Zepbound and Foundayo, and then spends its effort on getting insurance to cover them. The company calls the programme a one year Metabolic Reset and wraps the medication in video coaching, a curriculum and what it describes as full service insurance navigation. The $199 a month it advertises buys the programme, not the drug. The second thing to understand is the commitment. The advertised monthly price carries a required three month minimum, and the membership terms state that fees already paid for a term are not refunded and that unpaid installments of the initial term are not waived. So the real decision at signup is roughly $597, not $199. The company also offers a weight loss guarantee, promising at least ten percent loss or eligibility for money back under stated terms. Set against a public complaint record that is small in count but very negative in tone, that guarantee is the part a reader should read closely.
What it costs
The number is $199 a month and the structure around it is stated plainly on the pricing page: a three month commitment is required, after which the membership renews one month at a time and can be cancelled at any time. What that price includes is the programme, a twenty minute video visit with a clinician including lab review, ongoing access to a medical and support team, one to one video coaching, the curriculum, and help navigating insurance. What it does not include is the medication. Calibrate prescribes approved manufacturers' GLP-1 products, so the drug cost lands on your insurance or on you, and the company's own terms say neither Calibrate nor its providers can control the availability of any specific medication, pharmacy or product. Now the part the monthly figure understates. The membership terms state that the initial term is billed in installments over three months and that refunds are not provided once a term has been paid, nor are unpaid installments of the initial term waived. That makes the entry commitment about $597 before any medication cost. Fees auto renew monthly after that. The ten percent weight loss guarantee is real but conditional, and the conditions live in a separate terms document rather than beside the claim.

What patients report
The volume here is low and the split is stark. Trustpilot showed 1,201 reviews averaging 4.5 on 21 September 2026, on a profile claimed in October 2022 and, unlike most of this batch, not carrying a paid subscription. The Better Business Bureau showed 33 customer reviews averaging 1.03 out of 5, the lowest average in this batch, with the newest dated 3 August 2026, alongside 119 complaints in three years and only 2 closed in the last twelve months. The Bureau grades the company A plus and it is not accredited. That pairing of 119 complaints against 2 closed in a year is the number worth pausing on, because it describes a file that is not being worked rather than a file that is small. What reviewers praise is the curriculum and the coaching structure, described as clear, incremental and easy to sustain. What the complaints describe is narrower and more consistent than the usual billing story: enrollment through an employer or insurer, disqualification without a stated reason, and an inability to reach anyone by phone once something goes wrong. Several accounts describe care delivered by app message rather than the video visits the programme advertises, and a different coach at each session.

What the record means

Records checked 21 September 2026. We found no FDA warning letter naming Calibrate or Calibrate Health, Inc. in a direct query of FDA's warning-letter database, no OIG exclusion, and no entry on the HHS Office for Civil Rights breach portal. A federal provider registry search for an organisational record under either name returned nothing, which is ordinary for a platform whose prescribing clinicians hold their own individual records. The Better Business Bureau file gives the corporate detail the company's own site does not: Calibrate Health, Inc., incorporated 31 July 2019 in New York, with a named executive team including its founder and chief executive. One thing works in a reader's favour here that does not apply to most of this batch. Because Calibrate prescribes approved manufacturers' products rather than compounded copies, the medication itself carries an approved label and a manufacturer you can look up, and the usual question about which compounding pharmacy filled the prescription does not arise in the same form. The company still names no pharmacy, and its terms say it cannot control which pharmacy or product is available to you. No professional accreditation is claimed on the site, and we found none to confirm.
