Gameday Men's Health is a franchise of more than 400 independently owned men's health clinics, and each clinic sets its own prices. Their national site lists testosterone at $199 a month at select clinics, but the same $199 appears on every service, including Botox. Most clinic pages we read give no price and ask you to call. The first consultation and testosterone test are free. Their terms say fees aren't refundable.
They name a chief medical officer, Dr. Haleem Mohammed; prescribers vary by clinic. For remote care, which is Florida only, they name Belmar Pharmacy. We found no FDA, OIG or DEA actions. National review scores are small, so read the reviews for the clinic you would use.
What it costs
Gameday publishes no prices. Not a starting figure, not a range, nothing. We looked for one on 21 September 2026 and the paths a reader would try return nothing: the cost, pricing and membership URLs each answer with a 404, and the testosterone therapy page describes the protocol without a number. The free items are stated plainly and are worth counting, because a free consultation and a free testosterone test are a real saving at the front of the funnel. Everything after that is quoted in the clinic. Vial's own record carries a monthly price of $29 for this provider, and we could not find that figure anywhere on the corporate site, so treat it as unconfirmed rather than as the price you will be quoted. The franchise structure explains most of this. When each clinic is independently owned, a single published national price would be a promise the brand cannot keep for every owner. The practical consequence for a reader is that comparison shopping has to happen by phone, clinic by clinic, and that the total depends on which protocol you are put on. The site does say compounded medications are prepared and labeled by licensed compounding pharmacies rather than by Gameday, which tells you a compounded product is in the mix and that its cost sits somewhere in the quote.

The Trustpilot profile attached to the corporate domain is in fact a single location, Gameday Mens Health Fairfield CT, showing 13 reviews averaging 2.5 on 21 September 2026, with 69 percent at one star, 23 percent at five and eleven of the thirteen posted in the previous twelve months. The newest was dated 10 July 2026. Trustpilot notes that the business has not replied to negative reviews and has no recent history of inviting reviews. A second profile under a different Gameday domain showed 3.2 across four. The Better Business Bureau profile for the Carlsbad headquarters carries one complaint in three years, none closed in the last twelve months, and a B minus grade whose stated reason is failure to respond to that single complaint. NPI 1457841777 is held by Healthy Aging Centers, doing business as Gameday Men's Health, at 2753 Jefferson Street in Carlsbad, California, enumerated on 11 May 2018 under a urology taxonomy, with K Mitchell Naficy, MD listed as the authorized official and medical director. That record is worth holding next to the company's own history page, which dates the first clinic to 2019. The Bureau's file for the same address gives a business start of 22 December 2017. The corporate entity is therefore older than the brand story tells you, which matters mainly because it shows the timeline on the about page is a marketing narrative rather than a filing.
