Health and Glow is a Tampa practice that combines insurance-based primary care with a cash-pay med spa and GLP-1 weight loss, run by a physician board-certified in internal medicine and obesity medicine. Its notable feature is that it publishes its membership prices and accepts major insurance for primary care, which is rare among clinics that also sell GLP-1s. The drawback is that the weight-loss program itself carries no published price, no named pharmacy, and no statement of what the medication costs.
What it costs
Primary care memberships are published: Elite Care at $249 a year for an individual, rising to $999 for Elite Care MD and $5,000 for concierge, with family rates listed separately. Membership includes telehealth visits, a waived lab-draw fee, and med spa membership. Med spa membership is separate: Vital at $89 a month and Reset at $149, both with a six-month minimum, a $20 monthly freeze option up to 60 days, two months of rollover, and an early-cancellation charge equal to the retail value of services already used. Members pay $10 per unit for Botox. The first 30-minute consultation is free. The GLP-1 weight-loss page publishes no price, names no pharmacy, and does not say whether medication is included.
