Ondra Health is a telehealth provider selling compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide for weight loss, available in all 50 states and Puerto Rico. Its notable features are unusual for the category: four physicians are named with their credentials, six partner pharmacies are named, and the price is the same at every dose, so moving up a dose does not move up the bill. The drawback is that there is almost nothing independent to check any of it against, and the site's FAQ and its terms of service do not describe the same cancellation terms.
What it costs
There is no membership fee. Ondra states that the plan price covers the consultation, the medication, supplies, and shipping, and that the price is the same on all doses. Compounded semaglutide is $149 a month month to month, $339 paid upfront for three months, $649 for six months, and $1,149 for twelve. Compounded tirzepatide is $219 a month, $549 for three months, $999 for six months, and $1,699 for twelve. Shipping is free with every order and medication typically ships within 2 to 5 business days. Insurance is not accepted, in Ondra's words it does not currently accept insurance, and HSA and FSA payments are accepted. Cancellation is the place to read twice, because the two documents do not say the same thing. The FAQ says you may cancel your order as long as the pharmacy has not filled your prescription, and that a $25 nonrefundable consultation fee applies once a provider has reviewed your intake and issued the prescription. The terms of service say consultation fees, administrative fees, and platform access fees are non-refundable once the applicable service has begun, that prescription products are non-returnable and non-refundable once prescribed, processed, compounded, dispensed, or shipped, and that cancellation applies prospectively only, leaving you responsible for all charges incurred before it takes effect. Both pages are live. Ondra also states that compounded medications are not FDA-approved.

Ondra names the six pharmacies that fill its prescriptions, which lets you look up each pharmacy's FDA inspection history yourself; Vial has not yet verified those relationships. Ondra Health names Hallandale Pharmacy as a pharmacy that fills its prescriptions. The FDA issued a warning letter to Pharmcore Inc. dba Hallandale Pharmacy on March 11, 2020 and closed it out on May 3, 2022.
