TRT Nation is a telehealth clinic based in Tampa that specializes in testosterone therapy. They list it at $99.99 a month. From our research, they require buying two and a half months at a time, so the first order is about $250. New patients who use the clinic's blood test pay another $129. Their cancellation policy says they don't give refunds or take returns.
We couldn't find who their prescribers are or which pharmacy they use. We found no FDA, OIG or DEA actions. The Better Business Bureau gives them an F, with five complaints in three years, four of them unanswered.
What it costs
The advertised price is $99 a month for testosterone therapy. Weight-loss therapy is listed at $219 a month, described as the same price at any dose. A testosterone and HCG bundle is listed at $180 a month. Enclomiphene is offered as an oral alternative, sold as a 30 day supply of 30 capsules at 25mg. The testosterone page notes that California pricing may vary, without saying by how much. Lab work is billed separately at $129 for the testosterone panel, $129 for the weight-loss panel, and $179 for a combined panel, with outside labs drawn within roughly 120 days sometimes accepted. Now the part the headline leaves out. The company's cancellation policy page states that patients are charged for a 2.5 month treatment period at purchase, and the testosterone page repeats a 2.5 month minimum. At $99, that is roughly $247.50 committed up front, not $99. The same page states a no-refund and no-return position on all purchases and says refills are not automatic and must be requested manually. Several reviewers report being charged before approval. No insurance, HSA or FSA position appears anywhere on the site we checked. Budget the first charge, the lab fee, and the possibility of no refund.

What patients report
The review picture splits along platform lines, and that split matters more than either number alone. The Birdeye aggregation of the company's Google listing showed 2,453 reviews averaging 4.9 stars on 21 September 2026, with the newest posted within two days. The company's own reviews page cites over 2,025 Google reviews at 4.9 and claims 98 percent would recommend. Trustpilot, for the same brand, showed 29 reviews averaging 1.9, with 69 percent at one star and 17 percent at five, newest dated 31 August 2026, and 19 of the 29 posted in the previous twelve months. The Better Business Bureau showed 9 customer reviews averaging 1.89, newest 1 September 2026, and 5 complaints in three years with 4 of them unanswered by the business. The Bureau still assigns an A rating and the company is not accredited. Praise is consistent in what it praises: fast intake, medication that arrives, providers patients found easy to talk to. Complaints are equally consistent: billing charged sooner or larger than expected, refunds refused, long waits for consults and refills, wrong prescriptions shipped, damaged packages, support that does not answer. The company does not appear to reply on either platform.

What the record means

Records checked 21 September 2026. We found no FDA warning letter naming TRT Nation or Nation Medical Inc, no OIG exclusion, and no entry on the HHS Office for Civil Rights breach portal. One caveat on the FDA result: the warning-letter search page was unreachable because of rate limiting during the check, so that finding rests on secondary searching rather than a direct database query and should be re-run. A federal provider registry search for organisational records under both names in Florida returned nothing, which is not by itself a problem since prescribing clinicians hold individual records the company does not publish. That is the wider gap. The site names no physician, no medical director and no pharmacy. It states that medications come from licensed United States compounding pharmacies, which tells you the product is compounded rather than an approved manufacturer's testosterone cypionate, and names none of them. Without a named pharmacy you cannot check its inspection history or whether it operates under the 503A or 503B rules. A LegitScript seal appears on the about page. We could not confirm that listing in the public lookup on the date checked, so treat it as a display on the site rather than a confirmed certification.
