AltRX is a telehealth service selling compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide in all 50 states, at one monthly price whatever the dose. The FDA issued a warning letter to Trinity HealthCare Supply, LLC dba altRx on June 8, 2026. We found no close-out letter for it in FDA records checked on September 23, 2026. On their current offer, semaglutide is $89 a month and tirzepatide $149, against a regular price of $199, with the visit and shipping included. Their refund policy says all payments are final, and their terms and refund policy give different cancellation deadlines, 48 hours and 72 hours. They name four pharmacies: RedRock Pharmacy, Health Warehouse, Precision Medicine and Triad Rx. Trustpilot has withdrawn their rating after removing fake reviews, and the Better Business Bureau gives them an F, with 155 complaints in three years.
What it costs
AltRX sells a membership. Compounded semaglutide is $89 a month and compounded tirzepatide is $149 on the offer running at the time of writing, against a regular price the site gives as $199, and the price is the same at every dose. The prescription, the telehealth visit, shipping and unlimited check-ins are included, and the initial assessment is free. No lab fee is published. The site says you may pause or cancel at any time, and the two policies behind that do not agree: the terms require cancellation at least 48 hours before the monthly processing date, while the refund and cancellation policy requires at least 72 hours. Payment is not refundable either way. The refund policy states in capitals that all payments for the subscription services are final and non-refundable at the time of purchase, and that multi-month and bundled plans are sold as a single indivisible purchase and are non-refundable in whole or in part. The one exception is a clinical disqualification, refunded minus anything already delivered. No multi-month bundle price is published anywhere on the site. Insurance is not billed and is not required. FSA cards are accepted.
What patients report
Trustpilot publishes no rating for AltRX. Its page reads that the company's rating is unavailable due to a breach of its guidelines, and that a number of fake reviews have been removed. The 813 reviews still shown run 82 percent one-star against 10 percent five-star, with the newest posted on September 15, 2026. Negative reviews describe payment taken and medication that never arrived, refunds refused, and charges larger than the advertised monthly price. The Better Business Bureau file shows an F grade, no accreditation, 155 complaints in three years with 46 unanswered and 24 recorded as unresolved, and 132 customer reviews, with the file opened in May 2026. The largest complaint categories are product issues, service, and billing. One complaint describes a twelve month membership advertised at $125 a month and a charge of $1,500 taken upfront. Reddit was not sampled.
