Get Thin MD is a Billings, Montana telehealth service selling compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide. Semaglutide is $119 a month if you pay for a year up front ($1,428), $169 a month on a 3-month plan, or $199 month to month. Tirzepatide is $179 a month paid yearly or $299 month to month. Their policies say cancelling doesn't earn a refund. Their money-back guarantee requires 16 straight weekly doses and less than 10% weight loss.
They name four partner pharmacies, Triad Rx, Precision Medicine, RedRock Pharmacy and Beaker Pharmacy, and a chief medical officer, Dr. Robert G. Darling. We found no FDA, OIG or DEA actions. Trustpilot reviewers give them 4.6 from 3,516 reviews. The Better Business Bureau gives them an F, with 20 of 24 complaints unanswered.
What it costs
Get Thin MD's pricing page lists compounded semaglutide from $119 a month when paid yearly and delivered monthly, or $199 month to month. Compounded tirzepatide is from $179 a month paid yearly, or $299 month to month. A separate product page lists a 3-month semaglutide plan at $169 a month, billed upfront as $507. Yearly cost for semaglutide is $119 x 12 = $1,428 on the annual plan, $169 x 12 = $2,028 on back-to-back 3-month plans, and $199 x 12 = $2,388 month to month. For tirzepatide it is $179 x 12 = $2,148 paid yearly, or $299 x 12 = $3,588 month to month. The site says the price covers the medication, provider review, care coaching and shipping, and that the price is the same at every dose. The pricing page says labs are included, while the FAQ says bloodwork is not required, so ask what lab work you actually get. A $150 off promotion was showing at checkout when we looked, and it may change. Brand-name options such as Zepbound and Ozempic are listed, but we could not confirm their prices. On cancellation, the fulfillment policy asks for an email at least 72 hours before your billing date, while the terms say cancellation takes effect in 36 hours. Both say no refund on cancellation. You are refunded if a provider finds you ineligible. The company does not accept insurance, and we could not confirm HSA or FSA eligibility. Before paying for a year upfront, get it in writing what happens to the unused months if you stop early.

The BBB says 20 complaints went unanswered. Complaint themes are charges that continued after people thought they had cancelled or never finished signing up, months billed without medication arriving, refund requests refused including under the 16-week guarantee, and mixed messages from different staff. We could not find a meaningful Reddit discussion. The pattern is that most customers are happy while things run normally, but when billing goes wrong the formal complaint route has mostly met silence. The company's terms and the Better Business Bureau both give its address as Billings, Montana. For you, the pharmacy names give you something to look up with a state pharmacy board before paying, while who prescribes is a question to put to the company directly.
