Kin Meds is an online service selling compounded and branded weight-loss medication, hormone therapy and wellness injections by mail, describing itself as a patient management platform that partners with independent licensed physician networks rather than employing prescribers itself. Its notable feature is that every product carries a published price, from $79 for sildenafil to $499 a year for a lab panel. The drawbacks are the FDA record and what the headline price actually covers: the FDA issued a warning letter in February 2026 over the advertising of its compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, and on the branded medication page the same $149 is listed three times, as the membership, as the consultation and as the starting price of the medication.
What it costs
Each product carries a price. Compounded semaglutide is $199 at all doses and compounded tirzepatide starts at $249, while the branded products, Wegovy, Zepbound and Foundayo, each start at $149. Estradiol starts at $149, NAD+ at $249, sermorelin at $349, tadalafil at $99 and sildenafil at $79. A yearly lab panel covering more than 130 biomarkers is $499. On the branded medication page the same $149 appears three times in one table: as the Kin Meds membership fee, as the price of the provider consultation and follow-ups, and as the starting price of the medication itself, and a separate $49 application and screening fee is described as non-refundable whatever the outcome. On the treatments page the same $149 appears as the medication price alone. The FAQ says you may qualify for a complimentary consultation with an order and that a monthly prescription is not automatically debited. Insurance is not accepted. Prescription medication cannot be returned once the pharmacy has dispensed it, and once a package is handed to the carrier all sales are final; unopened non-prescription items can be returned within 30 days. HSA and FSA acceptance is not published. Injectable testosterone, testosterone cream and enclomiphene are listed as coming soon with no price.

What patients report
There is almost no independent review record for Kin Meds. Trustpilot holds two reviews and scores the company 3.1, one review at three stars and one at one star, with the newest dated June 16, 2026. The profile is claimed, and Trustpilot notes that the company has no recent history of asking for reviews and has not replied to negative reviews. The one-star review describes payment taken for medication that was not shipped. The Better Business Bureau holds no file for the company, and the Sitejabber profile carries no reviews at all. Two reviews support no conclusion in either direction, and that thinness is itself the finding. Reddit was not sampled.

We found no OIG or DEA actions and no HIPAA breach in records checked September 7, 2026. Kin Meds does not publicly identify its clinicians, describing them only as US-based physicians working through partner networks. Its FAQ names Rush Pharmacy, and its returns page gives a return address at Strive Pharmacy in Gilbert, Arizona, so two pharmacies appear in its own materials without either being named on the pages where you buy. Kin Meds displays a LegitScript badge on its site; Vial has not yet confirmed it independently.
