Lavender Sky Health is a telehealth clinic selling compounded GLP-1 medication and wellness injections, with no subscription. You pay a $65 first consult, then buy medication in blocks of about 8 to 10 weeks. The lowest plan is $195, so the smallest first bill is about $260. Price depends on the pharmacy you choose: top-tier tirzepatide runs from $325 to $725 a block. Orders are final once sent to the pharmacy, and a warm or damaged package must be reported within 24 hours.
They say they work with 13 partner pharmacies and name 11 on their site, including Empower, Hallandale and Strive. The only clinician named is the founder, listed as Dr. Eubanks. We found no FDA, OIG or DEA actions. Lavender Sky Health names 11 pharmacies that can fill its prescriptions. The FDA issued warning letters to Empower Clinic Services, LLC dba Empower Pharmacy on April 2, 2025 and to Revive Rx LLC dba Revive Rx Pharmacy on September 22, 2025, and we found no close-out letter for either in records checked on September 15, 2026. This does not change Lavender Sky Health's score, which reflects Lavender Sky Health's own records. Trustpilot reviewers give them 4.6 from 144 reviews, and the Better Business Bureau gives them a D minus, with 4 complaints in three years, 3 about delivery.
What it costs
Consultations are billed separately from medication: $65 per consult for a new patient and $40 for a follow-up, with follow-ups due every six months on an active treatment plan. Medication is priced per pharmacy and per dose tier, and paid once up front rather than month to month. Compounded tirzepatide plans run from $195 to $725 for an eight to ten week supply depending on the pharmacy and the dose; compounded semaglutide runs from $195 to $465. A brand-name plan is $25 per month and does not include the medication itself, which you buy from the pharmacy, LillyDirect, or NovoCare. Lab panels are $175. There is no membership and no recurring billing. A refund carries a 5 percent card processing fee, an unused pre-payment is refundable within 180 days, a consultation is not refundable once delivered, and a medication order is final once submitted to the pharmacy. Any problem with a delivered order must be reported to the dispensing pharmacy within 24 hours. HSA and FSA cards are accepted. Insurance is not billed.

Positive reviews name one provider repeatedly for unhurried consultations and clear dosing instructions, and cite support that replies within a day. Negative reviews cluster on one thing: medication arriving hot, with the company directing patients to the dispensing pharmacy rather than replacing it. The Better Business Bureau file shows a D minus grade, no accreditation, and four complaints in three years with one unanswered, the file opened in February 2025; three of the four are delivery issues.
