About Sermorelin
A synthetic analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH), this 29-amino acid peptide stimulates the pituitary gland to produce and secrete endogenous growth hormone through binding to GHRH receptors. Mechanism of Action
Sermorelin binds to the GHRH receptor (GHRHR) on pituitary somatotrophs, stimulating adenylyl cyclase and increasing intracellular cAMP. This triggers calcium influx and GH vesicle exocytosis. Dosing
