LifeForce is a national longevity membership built on quarterly blood tests, physician visits and prescriptions. Membership is $199 to start, then $149 a month. Their pages describe the testosterone program two ways. One prices it at $49 for an evaluation, then $99 a month, with medication at about $80 a month. Another says testosterone is for members only, at $149 a month plus a $599 diagnostic. From our research, the two differ by about $1,250 in the first year, before medication. Their testosterone page lists 28 states.
They name their physicians and their two compounding pharmacies, Tailor Made Compounding and GogoMeds, and they are LegitScript certified. We found no FDA, OIG or DEA actions. LifeForce names Tailor Made Compounding as a pharmacy that fills its prescriptions. The FDA issued a warning letter to Tailor Made Compounding LLC on April 1, 2020, and we found no close-out letter in records checked on September 15, 2026. This does not change LifeForce's score, which reflects LifeForce's own records.
What it costs
The membership is $199 to start and then $149 a month, or $599 once for the annual diagnostic, and includes four blood panels a year covering more than 50 markers, four consultations, medication access, coaching, and 30 percent off supplements. The testosterone program is priced separately on its own page: $49 for the initial evaluation including a blood panel and consultation, then $99 a month after 30 days, with medication billed separately by the compounding pharmacy at about $80 a month. The testosterone page also says availability is 28 states, while the main site makes no state claim. A third page says testosterone is only available to members at $149 a month and requires the $599 diagnostic. Additional panels cost $200 each, and a brain panel is $850. All plans are HSA and FSA eligible. Membership can be cancelled online, and the testosterone plan carries a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Positive reviews cite helpful clinicians, the depth of the blood panel, and personalized planning. Negative reviews cluster on operations rather than care: support that did not respond for a month, lab results delayed nearly a month, and a prescription filled short of the quantity prescribed. The Better Business Bureau lists an A plus, not accredited, with complaint counts not displayed and one review citing over-supplementation and hard-to-reach support. The pattern across both sources is the same: clinical experience rated well, fulfillment and support rated poorly.
