Hone Health is a nationwide telehealth clinic focused on testosterone therapy, with weight-loss and longevity programs. They sell memberships at $25 or $155 a month, with medication billed on top and quoted after the consult. Their help center describes the testosterone membership differently, at $1,548 a year plus a $129 starting fee.
They name their physicians and are LegitScript certified. We found no FDA, OIG or DEA actions, and we couldn't find which pharmacy they use. On Trustpilot they average 4.8 from 12,352 reviews. The negative reviews mostly mention unexpected charges, no phone support and appointments the clinic cancelled.
What it costs
Hone sells memberships. Medication is always billed separately. The homepage lists Basic at $25 per month plus medication, with a biomarker panel every six months and consults purchased separately, and Premium at $155 per month plus medication, with physician consults included and a retest every 90 days. A starter package covers the first biomarker test and consult for $65. Hone's help center describes the men's hormone therapy membership differently: $1,548 per year billed monthly, about $129 per month, plus a $129 initial fee that is refunded if the physician finds treatment is not appropriate. Members can cancel at any time. Medication prices are not published; they are quoted after the consult. HSA and FSA cards are accepted.
