Defy Medical is a Tampa clinic offering testosterone, hormone therapy, peptides and weight-loss medication by telemedicine in most states and in person at its own clinic. There's no membership. A virtual primary care visit is $39 plus any medication. They publish estimates rather than prices for testosterone therapy, and their two estimates differ: under $175 a month in the first year on one page, around $250 on another. Labs are sold separately on their own lab site, from $10, plus $125 for a mobile blood draw.
They name 14 clinicians with credentials. We found no FDA, OIG or DEA actions, and we haven't confirmed LegitScript. Trustpilot reviewers give them 4.8 from 4,133 reviews.
What it costs
There is no membership and no subscription. Defy states it does not charge a monthly fee and that charges are due when the service is bought. A virtual primary care appointment is $39 plus medication if any is prescribed. Beyond that, the published figures are estimates rather than prices, and they conflict: the testosterone page puts the average at under $175 a month for the first year and around $125 a month after that, while the page on erectile dysfunction treatment puts the same therapy at around $250 a month for the first year and around $200 after. Both pages are live. Some medication is quoted by the unit, with oral erectile dysfunction medication described as low as $1.50 per pill and Trimix injections as low as $1.39 per injection. Lab panels are sold separately through the company's own direct-access lab site, which advertises tests from $10 and adds $125 for a mobile blood draw. Consultation and medication prices in the store are not visible without an account. Insurance is not accepted in any form, though the clinic provides paperwork you can file yourself. An appointment cancelled less than 24 hours ahead can be charged at the full consultation fee, all sales are final, and medication cannot be returned once it leaves the pharmacy.

Positive reviews describe providers who take their time and explain the protocol, and patients who feel treated as a person rather than a transaction. Negative reviews cluster on the gap between the consultation and the medication: prescriptions that had not reached the pharmacy a week after the visit, and waits of several weeks for an appointment.
