Marek Health is a telehealth provider selling lab testing, hormone therapy, peptides and coaching. They charge a one-time $299 membership rather than a monthly fee. Labs are sold separately on their own lab site, from $150, and we couldn't find medication prices on any of their pages. All web sales are final.
They name their clinicians, including the medical director, and they're LegitScript certified. We found no FDA, OIG or DEA actions. Their terms name seven pharmacies that may fill a prescription; about 10% of the online testosterone clinics we track name any. Marek Health names AnazaoHealth, ReviveRX, Tailor Made Compounding and Empower Pharmacy among the pharmacies that fill its prescriptions. The FDA issued a warning letter to AnazaoHealth Corporation on August 18, 2021, to Tailor Made Compounding LLC on April 1, 2020, to Empower Clinic Services, LLC dba Empower Pharmacy on April 2, 2025, and to Revive Rx LLC dba Revive Rx Pharmacy on September 22, 2025, and we found no close-out letter for any of them in records checked on September 15, 2026. This does not change Marek Health's score, which reflects Marek Health's own records. Trustpilot reviewers give them 4.8 from 972 reviews.
What it costs
There is no subscription. Marek's FAQ says it does not offer any set subscription plans and that you can cancel whenever you want. Access is bought once: the Guided Optimization page lists a $299.00 membership fee described as lifetime access, covering continuous one-on-one health coaching, clinician consultations, and a custom lab report with a personalized protocol. The same page states what that figure does not cover, in its own words: required labs, supplements, and prescriptions are not part of the membership fee, and are billed separately with member discounts. Labs are sold on Marek's own diagnostics site, where the cheapest panel, the Essential Lab Panel, is $150.00. Medication prices are not published on any Marek page we checked, and neither is a consultation fee outside the membership. Insurance is not accepted in any form: the FAQ states that Marek Health does not communicate with health insurance companies for any of its services, and says only that many customers have had success using FSA or HSA means of payment. The refund terms are firm. All Marek Health web sales are final and non-refundable, the payment collected at booking is a non-refundable deposit toward the provider exam, and a reschedule with less than 24 hours notice or a missed appointment may carry a non-refundable fee of up to $50.

What patients report
Trustpilot shows 4.8 stars across 972 reviews, 97 percent five-star and 1 percent one-star, with the newest dated September 11, 2026. Positive reviews praise staff expertise and care plans built around the individual. The one and two star reviews cluster on three themes: cost, where one reviewer put Marek's price for supplements and peptides at fifteen times what they could pay elsewhere; fulfillment, where a reviewer described finally receiving a package with no medication in it; and follow-up, where reviewers write that nobody gets back to them and one describes three different health coaches in turn, with their needs lost along the way. The Better Business Bureau file shows an A plus grade, no accreditation, two complaints closed in three years, no customer reviews, and the file opened February 8, 2022 against a business start of October 22, 2020. Reddit was not sampled.
