Ro is a telehealth company selling weight-loss, erectile dysfunction and hair-loss treatment online in all 50 states. For weight loss, the Ro Body membership is $39 for the first month, then $74 a month on a prepaid annual plan or $149 month to month. Medication isn't included, and they don't publish its price. Other treatments are priced up front: generic sildenafil from $4 a dose and finasteride from $16 a month. All sales are final.
They're LegitScript certified, and we found no FDA, OIG or DEA actions. We couldn't find which pharmacies compound their medication. Trustpilot reviewers give them 4.0 from 6,504 reviews. The Better Business Bureau gives them an A plus, with 702 complaints in three years, mostly about the membership and medication being billed separately.
What it costs
Ro Body, the weight-loss membership, is where to read carefully. The pricing page shows $39 for the first month and $74 a month thereafter, prepaid on an annual plan. The weight-loss page shows the same $39 first month, describes $74 a month as available when you prepay for an annual plan, and adds the figure the pricing page leaves out: $149 a month on a monthly plan. The two pages do not contradict each other; they show the annual rate and the monthly rate, with only the lower one on the page named pricing. Either way the membership is not the whole cost. Ro states that the cost of GLP-1 medication is not included in the membership, and that medication cost depends on your treatment and insurance coverage. Elsewhere the pricing is far more legible because the product is the price: generic sildenafil is $4 for 25 mg, $6 for 50 mg and $10 for 100 mg; generic tadalafil is $11 for 5 mg and $44 for 10 mg or 20 mg; finasteride runs from $20 a month on a quarterly plan to $16 a month on a twelve-month plan; and Ro Sparks starts at $48 a month for the four-dose plan. Refunds are narrow: Ro states it cannot issue refunds or accept returns of prescription products for reuse or resale and that all sales are final, asking you to contact it if you believe it made an error filling your prescription.
What patients report
Ro has more independent review volume than most providers Vial covers, and the picture is split. Trustpilot shows 4.0 stars across 6,504 reviews, 65 percent five-star and 22 percent one-star, with the newest dated September 15, 2026. That one-star share is the story. Positive reviewers describe fast service and knowledgeable clinicians; negative reviewers describe charges they did not expect, with one writing that they were not aware there was a monthly subscription fee and a medication fee as well. The Better Business Bureau file shows an A plus grade, accreditation since July 23, 2018, 702 complaints closed in three years, 309 customer reviews, and the file opened June 25, 2018 against a business start of April 13, 2017. The complaints repeat the same theme: membership and medication billed separately, a membership that kept charging after the medication stopped, and plan changes the complainant says they did not authorize. Reddit was not sampled.
