Male Excel is a Charlotte, North Carolina telehealth clinic selling testosterone therapy. Three costs stack: a one-time $99 consultation, a required $99 monthly membership, and medication from $95 a month for oral, $120 for injectable or $132 for topical, plus shipping. The lowest monthly total is $194 after the first visit. There's no contract, but all sales are final.
They name their clinicians, including a chief medical officer and a medical director, and they're LegitScript certified. We found no FDA, OIG or DEA actions. Male Excel names AnazaoHealth as a pharmacy that fills its prescriptions. The FDA issued a warning letter to AnazaoHealth Corporation on August 18, 2021, and we found no close-out letter in records checked on September 15, 2026. This does not change Male Excel's score, which reflects Male Excel's own records. Trustpilot reviewers give them 4.5 from 6,470 reviews. The Better Business Bureau complaints we read mostly concern how the costs stack.
What it costs
Three costs stack, and the pricing page states all three. Treatment requires the purchase of an online medical consultation at $99. A Medical Membership is $99 a month and is required for treatment. Medication is then priced separately by format: oral from $95 a month, injectable from $120 a month, and topical from $132 a month, each quoted against a 60 day supply. The footnote on all three says the price is plus shipping and handling, may vary with your biochemistry and your provider's recommendation, and does not include the Medical Membership. So the lowest advertised combination, oral at $95, comes to $194 a month once the membership is added, before shipping and before the one-time consultation. Insurance is not accepted; Male Excel states that its approach to testosterone replacement therapy is not covered by insurance. All three treatment options are marked FSA and HSA eligible. There is no contract and you can cancel your treatment plan at any time, but a purchase cannot be undone: the FAQ says Male Excel cannot accept returns of prescription products for reuse or resale and that all sales are final, and the terms add that fees, including subscription fees, are not refundable in whole or in part.

Positive reviews describe the medical staff as knowledgeable and attentive during virtual consultations; lower-rated reviews describe problems with prescription management, scheduling errors, and reaching support. The Better Business Bureau file shows an A plus grade, accreditation since March 27, 2026, 38 complaints closed in three years, 81 customer reviews, and the file opened January 31, 2020 against a business start of January 1, 2019. The complaints there center on the pricing structure above. One complainant writes that the advertised $49 monthly price did not accurately reflect the actual costs, another that the cost structure was never explained, and another describes conflicting information from multiple Male Excel representatives.
