Midi Health is a telehealth provider for women, offering video visits in all 50 states. They bill insurance and say they're in network with most PPO plans. Self-pay visits are $250 for the first and $150 after that, with no membership. Medicare is out of network and Medicaid isn't accepted. Compounded GLP-1 medication is priced by dose, from $165.90 to $355 per four-week supply for the injectable.
They name three clinicians, all nurse practitioners or nurse-midwives, and they're LegitScript certified. We found no FDA, OIG or DEA actions. We couldn't find which pharmacy makes their compounded medication. Trustpilot reviewers give them 4.1 from 1,634 reviews, and the negative reviews mostly mention unexpected bills.
What it costs
There is no membership fee. A first visit is $250 self-pay and a returning visit $150; with insurance, Midi lists visits as covered and notes that coverage, deductibles, coinsurance and copays vary by plan. The named insurers are Blue Cross Blue Shield, Health Net, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna and Aetna, and Midi says it is in-network with most PPO plans. Medicare is out of network: Medicare beneficiaries are welcome as self-pay patients, but they cannot submit claims for Midi visits, medications or associated services. Medicaid and Medi-Cal patients are not accepted at this time. HSA and FSA funds can be used for Midi visits and services. Compounded GLP-1 medication is priced per 4-week supply with shipping included, and the price rises with the dose: the injectable runs from $165.90 at the lowest doses to $355.00 at 2.5 mg, the dual-action GLP-1/GIP injectable from $210.00 to $434.00, the sublingual from $164.00 to $275.00, and the dual-action sublingual from $209.00 to $460.00. Trustpilot shows 4.1 stars across 1,634 reviews, 74 percent five-star and 17 percent one-star, with the newest dated September 15, 2026. The one-star reviews center on billing and continuity of care: one reviewer describes being charged $280 for a telehealth visit before learning that their BCBS plan did not cover the medication prescribed, and others object to having to book another appointment to adjust a treatment plan already in place. The Better Business Bureau file shows a B grade, accreditation since March 27, 2024, 172 complaints closed in three years, 82 customer reviews, and the file opened June 15, 2023 against a business start of November 16, 2021. Reddit was not sampled.
