IVIM Health is a telehealth service selling compounded GLP-1 medication with a required $74.99 monthly membership. On a 6-month microdosing plan, semaglutide is $75 a month and tirzepatide $133, so with the membership semaglutide comes to about $150 a month. From our research, you can't cancel the membership until the plan's last payment, medication is non-refundable once prescribed, and leaving early can cost $100 per unused three-month block.
The FDA issued a warning letter to Ivim Services LLC dba Ivim on February 20, 2026. We found no close-out letter for it in FDA records checked on September 23, 2026. The letter is published at https://www.fda.gov/inspections-compliance-enforcement-and-criminal-investigations/warning-letters/ivim-services-llc-dba-ivim-721816-02202026. They name their chief medical officer, Jessica Duncan, MD, and say they serve 49 states plus DC. We couldn't find which pharmacy they use. Trustpilot reviewers give them 4.9 from 39,494 reviews. The Better Business Bureau gives them an A plus, with 101 complaints in three years, a third of them about billing.
What it costs
Ivím prices the same medication two ways on two pages, and the difference matters. On its weight-loss page, compounded semaglutide starts at $149 a month and compounded tirzepatide at $224 a month, with medication and the program fee included. On its microdosing page, semaglutide is $75 a month on a four- or six-month plan and $100 on a two-month plan, tirzepatide is $133, $149 or $200 a month depending on length, and a program fee of $74.99 a month is added on top of each of those figures. The commitment is the part to read before paying. The membership agreement says all fees are non-refundable once payment terms are accepted, that no pro-rated refunds will be issued, and that you are contractually obligated to pay all remaining amounts due through the full duration of the program selected, regardless of usage or early cancellation. A cancellation must be requested at least 48 hours before renewal. The terms and conditions describe a different outcome: on cancellation Ivím refunds any unshipped medication, less an administrative and restocking fee of $100 for each remaining three-month portion or $50 for each remaining two-month portion, waived if a provider finds you medically ineligible to continue. The refund policy then says all prescribed medications are non-refundable and cannot be returned. The three documents do not describe the same result for an early cancellation.

Trustpilot shows 4.9 stars across 39,487 reviews, 94 percent five-star and 2 percent one-star, with new reviews posted the day we checked. The one-star reviews cluster on billing after cancellation, with one reviewer writing that Ivím kept charging a $75 membership fee each month and another that they were still charged after cancelling multiple times, and on shipping, with one describing medication that took four days to arrive and came at room temperature. The Better Business Bureau file for IVIM Services LLC shows an A plus grade, accreditation since February 28, 2023, 101 complaints closed in three years, 372 customer reviews, and the file opened November 9, 2022. Billing is the largest complaint type there, 33 of the 101, followed by product issues at 30 and delivery at 11. Reddit was not sampled.
