What does compounded semaglutide cost after the first month?
From our research, the 20 telehealth providers that publish a compounded semaglutide price charge $88 to $349 a month once any first-month offer ends. Sunlight is the low end at $88 and REMEVi Health the high end at $349. Where a provider advertises a cheaper first month, the ongoing price and the date we checked it are in the table below. Provider prices checked August 9 to September 22, 2026.
Semaglutide has more prices than any other weight-loss drug. Novo sells the Wegovy pill direct for $149 to $299 a month by dose, and the Wegovy and Ozempic pens for $199 a month for the first two fills, then $349 to $499. With commercial insurance that covers it, the savings card takes either to $25. Telehealth companies selling compounded semaglutide charge $88 to $349 a month, and the homepage number is often the yearly rate or the first-month rate. Below: Novo’s own prices, then every compounded price we could read on a provider’s own site, dated.
What Wegovy and Ozempic cost from Novo, with and without insurance
The $199 pen price is an introductory rate with a date on it. After the second fill, or after December 31, 2026, the pen is $349 a month at every dose people actually stay on, and Ozempic 2 mg is $499. The pill is cheaper and stays cheaper, but the 4 mg dose already moved from $149 to $199 on September 1. Two telehealth companies resell the branded products and add a membership: Hims & Hers lists the Wegovy pill and Ozempic pill from $149 and the pens from $199, plus a $149 monthly membership; Weight Watchers lists the same products at the same prices plus $74 to $84 a month. Neither publishes a compounded semaglutide price.
Ro publishes no semaglutide price
Ro’s weight-loss membership is $39 the first month, then $74 a month prepaid for a year or $149 month to month. Medication is not included and Ro says its cost depends on your treatment and insurance. No semaglutide figure appears on ro.co that we could read on September 16, 2026.
What 20 providers charge for compounded semaglutide
Sorted by month-to-month price, low to high. Month-to-month is the recurring cash price after any first-month offer, with visits included where the provider bundles them.
Prices appear as each provider publishes them. “Not confirmed at checkout” means the figure is on the provider’s site but sits behind an intake we did not complete. Providers can change prices without notice.
On August 12 we checked 65 provider sites and found a semaglutide price on 7. Provider reviews between September 14 and 21 read a price on 13 more. Most sites still route you into a quiz before showing a number.
Who tells you where the medication comes from?
Compounded semaglutide is made by a compounding pharmacy, not the brand manufacturer. That makes the pharmacy one of the first things to check.
Only 10 of the 65 providers we reviewed named the pharmacy on their own site. The rest leave you to ask after you’re already interested, sometimes after intake. It’s the easiest honesty test in this market. Most fail it.
Of the 20 providers in the table, two, Trava Health and R&A Wellness, name their pharmacy.
That doesn’t automatically mean something is wrong. But it does mean you should ask before paying. Ask: which pharmacy fills the prescription, and can I look up its license and inspection history?
What the prices really tell you
The lowest number isn’t always the deal it looks like.
A $99 plan may only cover access to the platform. A $199 plan may include more. A $349 plan may include medication, shipping, and clinician follow-up. The number matters. The details matter more.

A lower advertised price can get expensive once the missing pieces are added.
How Vial confirms a price
If we can’t confirm it, we leave it out.
One important distinction
Vial doesn’t sell semaglutide or set these prices, and providers can change pricing at any time. Some links on this page pay Vial a referral fee. Referral relationships never determine the prices shown, the Vial Scores, or the order of this list.
