Our take

Vial Editorial

Based on the records and public materials we reviewed.

Yucca Health is a Beverly Hills telehealth service selling compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide. Semaglutide is $750 for six months ($125 a month), $420 for three months, or $146 month to month; tirzepatide is $1,350, $744 or $258. The price stays the same at every dose. Once a prescription is issued, the order can't be refunded, and renewals are charged 5 to 7 days early.

They name two physicians, Dr. Michael Wasef and Dr. Andrew Sakla, but not their pharmacy. They display a LegitScript badge we couldn't confirm. We found no FDA, OIG or DEA actions. Trustpilot reviewers give them 4.6 from 1,227 reviews, and we couldn't find a Better Business Bureau file. Their refund policy, terms and consent form were all rewritten between September 16 and 20, 2026.

What it costs

Yucca Health publishes three plan lengths for each medication. Compounded semaglutide is $750 billed every 6 months ($125 a month), $420 billed every 3 months ($140 a month), or $146 month to month. Compounded tirzepatide is $1,350 every 6 months ($225 a month), $744 every 3 months ($248 a month), or $258 month to month. Yearly cost for semaglutide: $750 x 2 = $1,500, $420 x 4 = $1,680, or $146 x 12 = $1,752. For tirzepatide: $1,350 x 2 = $2,700, $744 x 4 = $2,976, or $258 x 12 = $3,096. The company states the price stays the same at every dose, and that buying a 6-month plan locks that rate for life. Included: the provider consultation, medication, an injection kit and free 2-day shipping, with no membership fee. Lab work is not required and is not part of the price. Only compounded medication is sold, no brand-name drugs. Yucca does not accept insurance. It takes HSA and FSA cards but does not supply itemized receipts or letters of medical necessity. Klarna, Affirm and Afterpay are offered. Refunds: you get all your money back if a clinician turns you down or if you cancel before a prescription is issued. After that the order is final. Plans renew automatically, renewals run 5 to 7 days early, and you must cancel at least 7 days before renewal. You can pause a plan without charge. Before paying for six months, get it in writing what you would receive back if you stop in month two.

What patients report

On Trustpilot, Yucca Health held a 4.6 out of 5 from 1,227 reviews when we looked on September 21, 2026. 85% were 5-star and 6% were 1-star, the newest review was dated September 9, 2026, and the company replies to negative reviews, usually within a day. Praise themes are helpful and quick support staff, often named individually, fast approval, reliable 2-day shipping, an easy sign-up and weight loss results. Complaint themes are little or no weight loss, trouble reaching support once something goes wrong, order and refund disputes, doubts about consistency between vials, and no flexibility when medication is lost or spoiled at home. We found no BBB profile for Yucca Health or its parent company when we looked on September 21, 2026, so there is no BBB rating or complaint count to report. We also found no meaningful Reddit discussion on that date. The pattern: sign-up and delivery draw steady praise, while the unhappy reviews mostly trace back to the firm no-refund rule once a prescription is issued. That rule is published, so read it before you pay. With no BBB profile, Trustpilot is the only large public sample.

We evaluate public records: federal enforcement history, registrations, certifications, and how transparent a provider is about its clinicians, pharmacies, and pricing. We don’t score bedside manner, clinical outcomes, or customer satisfaction, and we don’t collect user reviews.
