FuturHealth is a San Diego telehealth service selling brand-name GLP-1 weight-loss programs. Their sales pages show no price. The only figure we found is in their help center, dated July 2025: programs start at $299 a month. Their terms say the subscription fee doesn't include medication. The subscription renews automatically, and medication, visits and lab fees aren't refundable.
They name the two medical groups that provide care, SteadyMD and OpenLoop, and they're LegitScript certified. They don't name a partner pharmacy. We found no FDA, OIG or DEA actions. Trustpilot reviewers give them 4.6 from 15,774 reviews. The Better Business Bureau lists 1,704 complaints in three years, mostly about product issues, service and billing.
What it costs
FuturHealth publishes no price. Not a starting figure, not a range. The site's calls to action all read see if you qualify, which routes into an intake before any number appears, and the FAQ describes what a subscription includes without costing it. What is stated is that the programme is FSA and HSA eligible, that no insurance is required, and that the subscription bundles medication access, the digital platform, clinician guidance, personalised nutrition and an Apple Fitness+ membership. The billing and refunds policy, last updated 7 February 2025, is where the commitments live and it is worth reading before the intake rather than after. Automatic payments are deducted indefinitely in accordance with the plan. Plans with processed orders for meals, medication, supplements or scheduled appointments are not eligible for refunds. Discounted products and services are non-refundable outright, on the stated ground that the saving was taken up front. Plans are non-refundable for any month in which a medication order or a consultation has been scheduled or has occurred. Appointments cancelled within 72 hours are non-refundable. Cancellation is by telephone between 8am and 8pm Eastern, or by chat. Financing through a third party lender is offered, and a refund does not stop the payments owed to that lender.

What patients report
The split here is the second widest in this batch and it runs the same way as the others. Trustpilot showed 15,775 reviews averaging 4.6 on 21 September 2026, on a profile claimed in January 2024 and carrying a paid Trustpilot subscription, while the company's own site advertises 4.7 across more than 13,000, which is close enough to be the same source read at a different moment. The Better Business Bureau showed 531 customer reviews averaging 2.3 out of 5, with the newest dated 12 September 2026, alongside 1,711 complaints in three years and 242 closed in the last twelve months. That complaint count is the largest in this batch. The Bureau grades the company A minus and it is not accredited. Trustpilot's summary of the recent set is positive about staff and customer service and flags the product itself as the mixed element, which matches what the Bureau's reviewers write about at greater length: shipping and address errors, difficulty stopping a plan, and dissatisfaction with dose and results. Several of the most negative accounts describe being placed on a compounded oral programme, which is worth noting because the public site markets branded medication.

Records checked 21 September 2026. We found no FDA warning letter naming FuturHealth, FuturHealth Inc or FuturCo Health Technologies in a direct query of FDA's warning-letter database, no OIG exclusion, and no entry on the HHS Office for Civil Rights breach portal. A federal provider registry search for an organisational record under those names returned nothing, which is ordinary for a platform that states it is not a health care services provider. The Better Business Bureau file supplies the corporate facts the site omits: incorporated 17 November 2023 in San Diego, alternate names FuturCo Health Technologies and FuturHealth Inc, related businesses G-Plans and Shift Fitness, with a named chief executive and chief financial officer. The company states it is LegitScript certified, and that certification was confirmed in LegitScript's own lookup on 21 September 2026. It is the one third-party credential on this record that an independent check bears out, and in a category where certification seals are often displayed without a live listing behind them, that distinction is worth drawing. One claim still cannot be checked. The company says it partners exclusively with licensed United States pharmacies and works with approved manufacturers, but it names no pharmacy, so none of those relationships can be looked up, and the pharmacy that fills a given order is not identified before purchase.
