REMEVi Health is a Las Vegas telehealth provider selling compounded and oral GLP-1 medication for weight loss in 49 states and Washington DC, everywhere except Louisiana, with bilingual support built in. Its notable feature is a flat dose price: the plan costs the same whether you are on the starting dose or the top one, and labs, the provider review and shipping are inside that price. The drawback is that you cannot see who will prescribe for you before you pay. No prescribing clinician is named on the site, and individual provider profiles become visible only inside the patient portal after enrollment.
What it costs
There is no membership fee, and REMEVi states the price never rises with your dose. Injectable semaglutide is $219 billed every 4 weeks month to month, $567 upfront for 12 weeks, or $1,074 for 24 weeks. Injectable tirzepatide is $319 every 4 weeks, $747 for 12 weeks, or $1,374 for 24. Oral semaglutide is $249 every 4 weeks, $687 for 12 weeks, or $1,290 for 24. Note the billing unit: month to month plans are billed every 4 weeks, which is thirteen payments in a year rather than twelve. Lab tests, the provider review, shipping and bilingual support are included in the plan price. HSA and FSA cards are accepted, alongside major credit cards and buy now, pay later options. Refunds are time limited: a full refund is available within the first 72 hours of the subscription term if no services have been received, monthly plans are not refunded for the month of cancellation or any earlier month, and multi-month plans are refunded only for months in which no medication shipped. REMEVi also publishes a results guarantee, reimbursing the cost of medication if you followed the prescribed plan, completed your check-ins, kept an active subscription, and have not lost at least 5 percent of your starting body weight. REMEVi states plainly that compounded medications are not FDA-approved.

Trustpilot shows 3.7 stars from a single review, dated June 25, 2026, and Trustpilot carries a notice on the profile that the company has not invited customers recently, so the reviews may not be representative. Clinicians are not publicly identified: the site names a founding nurse and states that prescribing is done by a network credentialed through its clinical partner OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, PC, which it describes as 1,034 clinicians holding 9,561 active state medical licenses as of July 2026, with individual provider profiles visible only inside the patient portal after enrollment. REMEVi names the four pharmacies that fill its prescriptions, which lets you look up each pharmacy's FDA inspection history yourself; Vial has not yet verified those relationships. REMEVi Health names Triad Rx as a pharmacy that fills its prescriptions. The FDA issued a warning letter to Triad Rx, Inc. on February 5, 2019 and closed it out on May 3, 2023.
