Found sells a headline of $99 a month, and the full price table on its own pricing page shows what that number actually is. It is the twelve-month prepaid rate for compounded semaglutide with insurance. Pay cash and commit to one month and the same medication is $289. The company deserves credit for publishing the whole grid rather than the lowest cell, because most competitors in this category publish one number and leave you to discover the rest at checkout. Two structural details matter for budgeting. Billing runs on a 28 day cycle rather than a calendar month, which means thirteen charges in a year and not twelve. And the plans are all-in, bundling the clinical care, the medication and the membership into a single figure, which makes the comparison against a program that charges separately for medication less direct than it looks. The refund terms are unusually specific about the window: full refund of the membership fee if you cancel within three days or before your first consultation, and nothing after that. Government insurance is excluded. Found does not name a pharmacy anywhere we could read, and it does not publish which states it serves.
What it costs
The price grid is published in full, and reading it properly is the whole exercise. Compounded semaglutide, all in and billed every 28 days, runs $199 a month on a one month plan with insurance and $289 cash, $159 and $249 at three months, $129 and $219 at six, and $99 and $169 at twelve. Compounded tirzepatide runs $289 and $359 at one month, $239 and $309 at three, $209 and $289 at six, and $179 and $239 at twelve. New members on a one month plan get a first month discount, quoted as $99 then $199 for semaglutide with insurance and $149 then $289 for tirzepatide. So the advertised $99 is the twelve month insurance rate, not the entry price, and the honest cash entry point is $289 for a single month. The 28 day cycle is stated on the page and is worth converting: thirteen billing periods a year. The refund policy is clear and tight. The membership fee is fully refundable only if you cancel within three days of purchase or before completing your first consultation, after which it is non-refundable whether or not you used anything. Renewal payments are non-refundable and the company asks for cancellation at least 48 hours ahead. Medicare, Medicaid, TriCare and similar plans are excluded.

What patients report
The sample is smaller than the category leaders and the picture from it is mild rather than polarized. Trustpilot showed 747 reviews averaging 4.1 on 21 September 2026, on a profile claimed in March 2022 and carrying a paid Trustpilot subscription, with the company replying to entries. Trustpilot's own summary of the recent set describes service and customer service as mixed rather than positive, which is a more cautious reading than it gives most companies in this category, while staff and ease of use come out consistently well. What the record means

Records checked 21 September 2026. We found no FDA warning letter naming Found or Found Health, Inc. in a direct query of FDA's warning-letter database, no OIG exclusion, and no entry on the HHS Office for Civil Rights breach portal. A federal provider registry search for an organisational record under either name returned nothing, which is not by itself a problem, because the clinicians who prescribe hold individual records that the company does not publish. Two gaps are worth naming. The site does not identify the pharmacy or pharmacies that fill its compounded prescriptions, and the medication it sells is compounded rather than an approved manufacturer's product, which the pricing page states openly. Without a named pharmacy, that pharmacy's inspection history and whether it works under the 503A or 503B rules cannot be looked up. The second gap is geography. The terms say certain services are not available to individuals in certain states and that use is limited to the United States, but no list of states appears anywhere we could read. Vial's record carries a 41 state list that we could not confirm at the company's own site on the date checked. The company does say its clinicians are in network for one in three Americans.
