Trava Health is a telehealth service selling compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, with the doctor review, supplies and shipping in one price. Semaglutide is $117.96 a month, or about $88.65 a month on a prepaid quarterly package, and the price changes with your dose. Tirzepatide is $178.98 a month. Refunds stop once the pharmacy processes an order.
Their own documents disagree. Their FAQ says they ship to all 50 states and names two pharmacies. Their terms say service is available only in Texas and name four others. Their telehealth consent names a third set. They name six physicians on their homepage. We found no FDA, OIG or DEA actions. Trustpilot reviewers give them 3.9 from 81 reviews, and the Better Business Bureau gives them an F for two unanswered complaints.
What it costs
Trava sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide with the doctor review, supplies and FedEx shipping folded into one price. There is no separate membership fee, and the FAQ says you are not charged if you are not approved. Semaglutide is listed at $117.96 a month, with a quarterly package that saves $87.92. By our arithmetic, not a displayed price, that works out to about $265.96 per quarter, or $88.65 a month, which matches the homepage's "as low as" figure. Tirzepatide is $178.98 a month, with a quarterly package saving $94.96, so about $441.98 per quarter on the same arithmetic. Over a year at the listed starting price, semaglutide comes to $1,415.52 paid monthly (12 x $117.96) or about $1,063.84 paid quarterly (4 x $265.96). Tirzepatide comes to $2,147.76 monthly or about $1,767.92 quarterly. Treat those as floor numbers. The semaglutide page says "your price will change if you need to adjust your dose" and Trava does not publish a price for each dose. One third-party review lists tirzepatide at up to $387.98 a month at the highest dose. We could not confirm that on Trava's site. Labs are not mentioned as included. Trava says it takes HSA and FSA cards and does not bill insurance. Under its terms you must cancel at least 48 hours before renewal, there are no refunds for partly used periods, and no refunds once the pharmacy has processed the order. Before paying, get the price for every dose step you may reach in writing.

Trava is not accredited and carries an F rating, which the BBB attributes to two unanswered complaints and the short time the business has operated. The BBB file was opened July 7, 2025. The complaints are dated July 7, 2025 and April 15, 2026. One describes medication that arrived warm with no replacement offered. The other describes a charge for the wrong dose and no reply from support. Three BBB customer reviews, the newest from August 4, 2026, are all 1-star. Happy customers talk about fast shipping, quick refills, friendly support and tirzepatide prices. Unhappy customers talk about prices that rose over time, billing errors, flimsy syringes, warm packages and generic answers from clinicians. The split suggests the ordering side works well when nothing goes wrong, and that getting an issue fixed is where people get stuck.

Its terms, last updated June 1, 2026, state the service is only available to people located in Texas. Which of the two is current has not been checked. The company's homepage names six physicians. Their licenses have not been checked. The terms name the business as Trava Health, Inc. and the consent names it as Trava Health, LLC.
