Why this score?
The Vial Score measures how much of this provider's public record Vial could confirm, and how clearly the provider discloses it. It does not measure quality of care.

| 70-84 | Well Documented |
| 50-69 | Limited Confidence |

Rx Pros scores 75, in the Well Documented band. The score moves when the public record changes. For Rx Pros, the item most likely to move it: LegitScript certification.
Payment never changes a score.

What we found on Rx Pros
We reviewed FDA enforcement records, OIG exclusions, DEA registration, and HIPAA breach records.
Rx Pros has no FDA, OIG, or DEA actions in the records we checked. Pricing starts at about $99.99 per month, though the pharmacy relationship and total cost should be confirmed directly.
The main gap is who prescribes: we could not confirm the physicians responsible for care from public information. Before signing up, ask about medication cost, consult fees, shipping, cancellation terms, and which pharmacy fills the prescription.
Why this score: 3 of 4 checks complete. Each links to the public source it was verified against.
A check we haven’t completed yet is not a mark against this provider. It just means we’re still sourcing that record. The score reflects what we’ve confirmed so far, and updates as more checks come in.
Vial describes the record, not the provider. This is not a medical recommendation or endorsement. Last reviewed October 1, 2026.
Our take
Vial EditorialBased on the records and public materials we reviewed.
Rx Pros is a Wyoming-registered telehealth service selling compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide. Their homepage advertises $99.99 a month for semaglutide and $144.97 for tirzepatide, both marked paid annually. Paying monthly, the first month is $149 or $249. Their site says you can cancel anytime. Their refund policy sets a minimum term of 3, 6 or 12 months, charges the full retail price for months left if you leave a GLP-1 program early, and rules out refunds once the online consult is done.
They say they can't guarantee which pharmacy fills your order, and they don't name a doctor or medical group. Their homepage says they're LegitScript certified; we haven't confirmed it. We found no FDA, OIG or DEA actions. Trustpilot reviewers give them 4.7 from 21,910 reviews. The Better Business Bureau gives them an F, with 237 complaints in three years.
What it costs
The Rx Pros homepage lists compounded semaglutide 'starting at $99.99 a month' and compounded tirzepatide at $144.97 a month, both labelled 'Paid Annually'. Twelve months at $99.99 is $1,199.88. Twelve months at $144.97 is $1,739.64. We could not confirm whether that full amount is charged to your card on day one, because the checkout sits behind an intake quiz. The other advertised route is a first-month introductory price of $149 for semaglutide or $249 for tirzepatide, with a note that you can also save when paying quarterly. The company says it always ships a three-month supply. Its separate product pages show different figures again: $105.97 for semaglutide with B12 and $194.97 for tirzepatide with B6, so ask which price applies to you. The company states the price covers the doctor visit, medication, overnight shipping and ongoing care, that all doses cost the same, and that there are no membership fees. Medication is compounded only. There are no brand-name drugs and insurance is not used. We found no mention of HSA or FSA cards. The fees sit in the refund policy. Cancel before your consultation and you lose a $99 administrative fee. After the consultation the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. Changing medication after the prescription is sent costs $150, and so does a reship to a corrected address. You get a full refund if the provider declines to prescribe. You have 7 days to report a wrong or damaged order. Before paying, get in writing the exact amount charged today, the length of your minimum term, and the dollar figure you would owe if you stopped early.

What patients report
The two main review sites tell different stories. On Trustpilot, Rx Pros scores 4.7 out of 5 from 21,910 reviews: 77% 5-star, 17% 4-star and 2% 1-star, with new reviews still arriving in September 2026. The company pays for a Trustpilot subscription and replies to all negative reviews. On BBB, RX Pros LLC is rated F and is not accredited. BBB counts 237 complaints in three years, 233 of them closed in the past 12 months, the latest dated August 6, 2026. BBB customer reviews average 3.92 out of 5 from 320 reviews. BBB also flags a pattern of complaints and says that in June 2026 it asked the company to back up ad claims such as 'Drop up to 22% of body weight' and got no answer. All figures seen September 21, 2026. Happy customers mention fast shipping, easy ordering, low prices and quick human support. Unhappy customers mention charges they did not authorize, billing that continued after they tried to cancel, slow refunds, late or warm shipments in summer, and little follow-up from a clinician after sign-up. The pattern: the product usually arrives and most buyers are content, but when a billing dispute starts, the strict refund terms leave customers with little room. What the record means
Vial scores Rx Pros 75 out of 100, Well Documented.
We found no FDA, OIG, or DEA actions in records checked September 16, 2026. LegitScript certification has not been checked. The company states on its homepage that it is LegitScript certified. No pharmacy partner is named, so you cannot look up who compounds the medication. The company states its medication comes from US compounding pharmacies working under Section 503A, which means it is made for individual patients and is not FDA-approved, and it states it cannot guarantee which pharmacy will fill your order. Clinicians are not identified on the company site. The company states that licensed providers review each request but names no doctor or medical group. Our record lists Wyoming only, which matches the company's mailing address. The company states it sells to US residents and publishes no list of states, so we have not confirmed where it operates. Its listed address is 1309 Coffeen Ave, Sheridan, Wyoming, which BBB describes as a registered agent's office, not a clinic. In practice, you will not know who prescribed or who made your medication unless you ask, so ask before you pay and check the label when it arrives.

We evaluate public records: federal enforcement history, registrations, certifications, and how transparent a provider is about its clinicians, pharmacies, and pricing. We don’t score bedside manner, clinical outcomes, or customer satisfaction, and we don’t collect user reviews.
