Mochi Health is a telehealth service selling GLP-1 weight-loss care through two separate subscriptions. The membership is $79 a month ($39 the first month). Medication is extra and priced by dose: compounded semaglutide from $60 to $99 a month and tirzepatide from $90 to $199. So the lowest monthly total is about $139. Each subscription has to be cancelled on its own, and medication sales are final.
They name the medical practices that provide care but not the pharmacies they use. We found no FDA, OIG or DEA actions. Their own locations page lists 47 states plus DC, leaving out California, Kansas and New Jersey. Trustpilot reviewers give them 4.5 from 18,524 reviews. The Better Business Bureau gives them an A, with about 1,390 complaints in three years, mostly about billing after cancelling.
What it costs
Mochi publishes its numbers, and on 21 September 2026 the site was running a promotion on every one of them. The health membership lists at $79 a month, discounted to $39 for a first month for new members, with medication and supplements explicitly excluded from that figure. Compounded semaglutide was shown starting at $99 struck through to $60, and compounded tirzepatide at $199 struck through to $90. The FAQ adds two useful details: shipping is included in the medication price with no separate tax or shipping charge, and the price of a compounded medication varies by pharmacy, which follows from the marketplace design. HSA and FSA payment for the membership is answered with a plain yes. A Wellness Plus plan adds a registered dietitian nutritionist and is described as available with qualifying insurance. Now the part the promotional banner does not carry. The refund page states that prescription sales are final, with no returns and no refunds on prescription medication, on the stated ground that it cannot be reused or resold. The Bureau's own note on the company's file says the complaints it processes are about cancellations, and warns that the health membership and the medication subscription must be cancelled independently. Budget the first month, the medication on top, and the risk that stopping one subscription leaves the other running.

What patients report
The two public sources disagree so completely that the gap is the story. Trustpilot showed 18,556 reviews averaging 4.5 on 21 September 2026, on a claimed profile carrying a paid Trustpilot subscription, with the newest entries dated 13 September 2026 and the company replying to them. The Better Business Bureau, for the same company on the same day, showed 313 customer reviews averaging 1.29 out of 5, with the newest dated 12 September 2026, alongside 1,394 complaints in three years and 248 closed in the last twelve months. The Bureau still rates the company A and accredited it on 24 August 2026, and the file itself notes that the complaints it handles concern cancellations. Both numbers are real and they measure different populations. Trustpilot collects invited, mostly post-consultation feedback, and the praise there is consistent: clinicians who listen, quick scheduling, a platform that works. The Bureau collects people who have already reached a dispute, and their accounts are equally consistent: subscriptions that kept billing after a cancellation, medication shipped after an order was stopped, charges that did not match what was expected. Read together they describe a company patients like at the point of care and fight with at the point of leaving.

The clinical entity does hold a federal provider record: NPI 1174303374, Mochi Medical CA PC, doing business as Mochi Medical West, at 161 Natoma Street in San Francisco, enumerated 4 October 2023 under a family medicine and bariatric medicine taxonomy, with Bennett Winton listed as chief of staff. The Better Business Bureau file records a Medical Board of California licence number 558067 for the business, which we could not confirm directly because the board's lookup sits behind a form we could not query. The structural point for a reader is the one the company states itself. Mochi Health Corp provides administration and technology, the affiliated professional practices provide the care, and the medication comes from whichever marketplace pharmacy is selected for your order. That last piece is the gap. Because no single pharmacy is named to the patient in advance, its inspection history and whether it operates under the 503A or 503B rules cannot be checked before you buy.
