Why this score?
The Vial Score measures how much of this provider's public record Vial could confirm, and how clearly the provider discloses it. It does not measure quality of care.

| 70-84 | Well Documented |
| 50-69 | Limited Confidence |

Noom Med scores 82, in the Well Documented band. The score moves when the public record changes. For Noom Med, the item most likely to move it: LegitScript certification.
Payment never changes a score.

What we found on Noom Med
We reviewed FDA enforcement records, OIG exclusions, DEA registration, and HIPAA breach records.
Noom Med has no FDA, OIG, or DEA actions in the records we checked. It lists named physicians. Pricing starts at about $79 per month, though the pharmacy relationship and total cost should be confirmed directly.
Noom Med has more public information available than many providers in this category we track. Before signing up, ask about medication cost, consult fees, shipping, cancellation terms, and which pharmacy fills the prescription.
Why this score: 3 of 4 checks complete. Each links to the public source it was verified against.
A check we haven’t completed yet is not a mark against this provider. It just means we’re still sourcing that record. The score reflects what we’ve confirmed so far, and updates as more checks come in.

Our take
Vial EditorialBased on the records and public materials we reviewed.
Noom Med is the medical arm of Noom, selling compounded and brand-name GLP-1 programs with clinician visits and the Noom app. After a first four-week price, you're billed in 12-week blocks; on GLP-1Rx the second charge is $837. Their own pages give two ongoing rates for that program: $249 a month on the pricing page and $279 on the program page. Brand-name medication isn't included in the $99 monthly fee.
They name a chief medical officer, Dr. Jeffrey Egler, but not their prescribers or pharmacies. Their GLP-1Rx Plus page says it isn't available in Alabama, Louisiana or Mississippi. We found no FDA, OIG or DEA actions. Noom's company-wide Trustpilot rating is 4.5 from 67,002 reviews.
What it costs
Noom publishes two entry prices and is explicit that neither is the whole cost. The Noom Microdose GLP-1 Rx Program is described as direct access to GLP-1 medication starting at $79, regardless of insurance, when prescribed. The other route, access to approved products like Ozempic and Zepbound, starts at $39 plus whatever the medication itself costs out of pocket depending on your coverage. Both include full access to the Noom app and its lessons, tracking and coaching. The company states that not all medications are available for home delivery and that availability depends on insurance or cash pay status, which means the fulfilment route changes with your plan. Vial's record carries a monthly price of $69, and we could not match that to either published figure on the date checked, so treat the record's number as unconfirmed rather than current. The honest reading of Noom's pricing is that the advertised $39 is the smallest number in the offer and the one least likely to be what you pay, because it explicitly excludes the drug. The $79 microdose figure is the more comparable one, since it is described as including the medication. Neither page states a minimum term, and neither states a refund policy.
What patients report
Noom has the largest public sample in this batch and the same shape of split as the rest. Trustpilot showed 67,004 reviews averaging 4.5 on 21 September 2026, on a profile claimed in November 2017 and carrying a paid Trustpilot subscription. The Better Business Bureau showed 317 customer reviews averaging 1.1 out of 5, with the newest dated 14 September 2026, alongside 624 complaints in three years and 153 closed in the last twelve months. The Bureau grades the company A plus and has accredited it since October 2021. One detail on the Bureau's file changes how its numbers should be read: it states that because of the volume of complaints it receives for this business, it publishes one in every five it handles. So 624 is what reached publication, not what was filed. The praise on Trustpilot is about the app rather than the medicine, and it is consistent: the lessons are short, the tracking is easy, the coaching is encouraging. The complaints are about the commercial layer, and they are equally consistent: subscriptions that renewed after a cancellation, trials that converted, and difficulty reaching a person. Several of the most recent describe the medication programme specifically, including dosing that did not produce results.

What the record means
Vial scores Noom Med 82 out of 100, Well Documented.
Records checked 21 September 2026. We found no FDA warning letter naming Noom or Noom, Inc. in a direct query of FDA's warning-letter database, no OIG exclusion, and no entry on the HHS Office for Civil Rights breach portal. Noom, Inc. holds a federal provider record, NPI 1760921944, in New York, enumerated 21 February 2017, but the taxonomy on it is Prevention Professional rather than a clinical specialty, which fits the app business and not the prescribing one. The prescribing entity is not identified on the consumer pages we read, and no individual clinician is named. That is the main gap. The company is clear that medication is prescribed by a licensed clinician if clinically appropriate, and clear about what compounded medication is, but it does not tell you who holds the prescriptive authority or which pharmacy fills the order, describing fulfilment only as coordinated through your pharmacy or shipped to you. The second gap is geographic. Noom does not publish the states in which it can prescribe, and the intake opens on a weight-loss goal question rather than a state question, so eligibility cannot be checked without starting the flow and supplying personal health information.

What Vial measures, and what we don’t
We evaluate public records: federal enforcement history, registrations, certifications, and how transparent a provider is about its clinicians, pharmacies, and pricing. We don’t score bedside manner, clinical outcomes, or customer satisfaction, and we don’t collect user reviews.
