Amble Health is a Houston telehealth service selling compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide in all 50 states. They charge one flat rate at any dose: $179 for a single month, down to $135 a month on a 12-month plan, with supplies, shipping and monitoring included and no membership fee. Every plan renews automatically. From our research, cancelling takes 15 days' notice, a $100 fee applies if a refill has been prescribed but not shipped, and sales are final once medication ships.
We couldn't find which pharmacy they use or who their clinicians are, and we haven't confirmed LegitScript. We found no FDA, OIG or DEA actions. Trustpilot reviewers give them 4.6 from 4,507 reviews. The Better Business Bureau gives them an F, with 357 complaints in three years, mostly about subscriptions, delivery delays and refunds.
What it costs
Amble charges one flat rate for compounded GLP-1 medication at any dose: $179 for a single month, $160 per month on a 3-month plan, $145 on a 6-month plan, and $135 on a 12-month plan, with $50 off a first order at the time of writing.
