Fountain Life sells annual longevity memberships out of physical centres, which puts it in a different business from most of the platforms it gets compared with. You travel to a location, spend a day inside a diagnostic programme built around whole body and brain MRI, and come away with a baseline the company then tracks. There are three tiers, CORE, APEX and APEX Family, and the centres are in Dallas, New York, Orlando, Naples, Houston and Miami, with Los Angeles listed as coming soon. The leadership is unusually public for this category. William Kapp, MD, a board certified orthopedic surgeon, is chief executive, and Peter Diamandis, MD is co-founder and vice chairman. The membership comparison table is detailed about what each tier covers, counting the diagnostics included out of a set of twenty seven. What it never shows is a price. For a business whose entry point is an annual membership rather than a monthly subscription, that omission is the single largest gap for a reader, because the decision being asked for is a year long commitment made without a published figure and with almost no public sentiment record to consult.
What it costs
Fountain Life publishes no prices. The Trustpilot profile for the company's domain exists but is unclaimed and holds zero reviews, with none in the last twelve months, so there is no aggregate rating at all. The Better Business Bureau has no single corporate file. It has separate profiles for individual centres, and the two we located tell you very little: the Naples centre, filed under medical imaging, is not accredited and graded A plus with a file opened on 22 January 2026, and the Lake Nona centre in Orlando is not accredited and graded A minus, with the Bureau giving length of time in business as the stated reason for the grade rather than any complaint history. Neither profile showed a complaint count or a customer review average on the date checked. One published review on the Lake Nona file describes travelling for a paid test series that was then not completed as sold. A single account is not a pattern. The honest position is that the public sentiment sample for this company is too small to characterise, and a reader should not treat the absence of complaints as evidence either way.

A federal provider registry search for an organisational record under the brand name returned nothing, which is ordinary where care is delivered by clinicians and entities that hold their own records. The Better Business Bureau file for the Naples centre gives a corporate detail the site does not, listing Medical Physicians, Inc. as an alternate name with an incorporation date of 22 July 2015 and a named corporate secretary. The company publishes its leadership openly, which is more than most in this category, and both named principals are physicians. What is not published is the clinical staffing at each centre, so the individual reading your imaging is not identified before you buy. No professional accreditation is claimed on the site and we found none to confirm. Because the offer is diagnostics and restorative therapeutics delivered in the company's own centres rather than a prescription shipped from a pharmacy, the compounding pharmacy question that applies to most of this batch does not arise in the same form here.
