Talon Wellness is a family- and veteran-owned hormone clinic in Henderson, Nevada that treats patients in person and by telehealth in all 50 states. They advertise men's testosterone therapy from $65 a month, women's from $50, and semaglutide or tirzepatide from $95, each with labs and consult included. There's no membership; you pay by the vial. They say these are estimates based on an average dose, so a higher dose costs more.
They name three partner pharmacies: Partell Pharmacy, Anazao Health and Striker RX. We couldn't find the names of their clinicians, and we haven't checked LegitScript. We found no FDA, OIG or DEA actions. Talon Wellness names AnazaoHealth as a pharmacy that fills its prescriptions. The FDA issued a warning letter to AnazaoHealth Corporation on August 18, 2021, and we found no close-out letter in records checked on September 15, 2026. This does not change Talon Wellness's score, which reflects Talon Wellness's own records. The patient reviews we found are 144 Google reviews averaging 4.8.
